General Disclaimer

By authorizing repairs, the customer consents to MV Autoworks/Angel’s Autobody (“the Company”) performing all necessary work and procuring required parts and materials. The Company may operate the vehicle for testing, inspection, or delivery. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or personal items left inside due to fire, theft, accident, or any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing. Vehicles will not be released without full payment. Completed vehicles left beyond 72 hours without pickup are subject to a $75 per day storage fee.

In the event legal action is necessary to enforce this agreement, the customer shall be responsible for all related costs, including attorney’s fees.

Autobody Repairs – Warranty

Workmanship: Limited lifetime warranty on all body and structural repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.

Paint: Warranty matched to Axalta’s paint system 5 year warranty against defects such as peeling, cracking, or fading (subject to Axalta’s published conditions).

Excludes: Damage from environmental factors, neglect, misuse, additional accidents, or non-warranty parts.

Claims: Must be presented promptly with the original invoice.

Mechanical Repairs – Warranty

Coverage: 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever occurs first).

Includes: Parts and labor supplied by the Company.

Excludes: Wear items (tires, brake pads, belts, fluids, filters), misuse, neglect, accident damage, modifications, or subsequent repairs by third parties.

Claims: Must be presented promptly with the original invoice.
