Brought in 2012 MercedesGLK for battery check, oil change etc…I thought service was very good…very open, great communication orally and in online report and they identified and fixed several additional things all pre-approved by me. Fixing anything on a Mercedes is always crazy expensive so I’m always horrified at the bill but I’m delighted to find a quality shop inVH close to my home.
