Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No appointment is needed to get started online. You can submit photos through our Online Estimate tool or use the Cost Estimator for a general idea. However, we do require an in-person consultation before scheduling any repair work.
Can you work with my insurance company?
Yes, we work with all major insurance providers and can assist you with the claim process from start to finish—including photo documentation, estimates, and approvals.
How long will my repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the extent of the damage, parts availability, and insurance processing. We’ll give you a more specific timeline after your consultation and keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you provide loaner cars or rental assistance?
While we don’t offer loaner vehicles, we do partner with local rental companies to help get you back on the road. If your insurance includes rental coverage, we’ll help coordinate the details for you.
Is the paint going to match my car?
Yes. We use a color-matching camera and Axalta’s premium refinishing system to ensure your paint is blended seamlessly with your existing finish.
What if I notice something after I pick up my car?
If you have any concerns after the repair, give us a call right away. We stand behind our work and include a Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee on all qualifying repairs.
Do you repair plastic bumpers, or do they always need to be replaced?
We repair many plastic bumpers depending on the extent of the damage. If it’s beyond safe repair, we’ll recommend replacement using OEM-grade parts.
Can I wash my car after it’s been repainted?
We recommend waiting at least 30 days before using wax or abrasive cleaners. Light hand washing is fine after a few days. We’ll go over all care instructions when you pick up your vehicle.
