Our Team’s Community Efforts

At Figueroa & Sons, we believe that being part of a community means showing up, giving back, and leading by example. Our team is proud to support local causes, schools, and future professionals through consistent and meaningful involvement.

We proudly serve on the CTE Advisory Board, where we help shape curriculum and career pathways for island students. Beyond the boardroom, we’re actively leading the scholarship fundraising effort to support students pursuing careers in trades and technical education.

We’re hands-on participants in various career events at the local high school, Upper Cape Tech, and New England Tech, where our team mentors students, answers real-world industry questions, and helps bridge the gap between school and career.

Giving back doesn’t stop with education—we regularly donate to local charities and support island causes. Our team also shares time and experience through mentorship of fellow small business owners, helping others navigate challenges and grow stronger together.

From teaching and training to rolling up our sleeves for community events, we’re committed to making a difference beyond the shop floor—because we’re not just in the community, we’re part of it.
